What is Coaching & Therapeutic Coaching?

Coaching can be looked upon as a type of therapy which involves the action of creating a change. This change will be achieved by increasing your understanding of 'Self'........... Self-awareness, Self-empowerment and Self-efficacy.


Therapeutic coaching builds on the principles of coaching and counselling. This will involve working at depth to tackle any underlying obstacles or patterns which may hinder the change which is being attempted.

What I can do for you....

Working as a coach, I will assist you in working towards achieving the goals you set for yourself by providing a platform where challenge, reactions and evaluations are voiced in a constructive and positive environment.


Working as a therapeutic coach, I would build on the work that would be achieved within a counselling and coaching environment. This provides an opportunity to explore both the past and present whilst using this insight to shape and transform your future.
